The rules for using this website. The software itself is provided under terms agreed with each office at setup. Last updated 14 October 2026.

This website

apprailty.com tells real estate offices what Apprailty does and what it costs. By using it, you agree to these terms.

What the information is

Where a part of the software is described as live, that is what it does today. Anything badged “In testing” is built but not yet offered to offices, and anything badged “Planned” is not built; either may change or may not be released.

Prices are in Australian dollars. The terms of a subscription are agreed with each office at setup, and they prevail over anything on this website.

An estimate is not a valuation

Apprailty’s estimate is an indicative figure worked out from comparable sales and a pricing model. It is not a formal valuation, which only a qualified valuer, such as a Certified Practising Valuer, can provide, and it is not a guarantee of the final sale price. The agent remains responsible for the opinion of value they give a vendor.

Other companies

Comparisons with other products use those products’ own published information, with the date it was read shown on the page. Pricefinder and the other product names mentioned are trademarks of their owners; Apprailty is not affiliated with them.

Data sources

Sales data: Contains property sales information provided under licence from the Valuer General New South Wales.

Maps in the software use OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Using this website

Please do not copy its content or screenshots for another product, try to break or overload it, or suggest a connection with us that does not exist.

Links to other sites, including WhatsApp, are there for convenience; those sites’ own terms apply.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but it is general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
