What does per-seat pricing cost an office your size?

Per-seat tools in this market publish A$33 an agent a month for one module, so an office of 8 pays A$264 a month for it. Set the slider to your office; the table underneath carries the same figures without JavaScript.

Per-seat, one module
A$3,168 a year · 8 agents × A$33 × 12
Apprailty, every year
A$2,040 a year · A$170 × 12, any number of agents
Apprailty, year one
A$2,539 including the A$499 setup, paid once

At 8 agents the flat price keeps A$1,128 a year in the office, against one per-seat module.

Yearly cost by office size: one per-seat module against Apprailty's flat price.
Agents Per-seat, one module Apprailty, a year Difference
2 A$792 A$2,040 Per-seat cheaper by A$1,248
5 A$1,980 A$2,040 Per-seat cheaper by A$60
8 A$3,168 A$2,040 Keep A$1,128
15 A$5,940 A$2,040 Keep A$3,900
30 A$11,880 A$2,040 Keep A$9,840

Per-seat figure: per-agent pricing published by a leading Australian real estate presentation tool, October 2026, for one module. Apprailty is counted at A$170 a month billed monthly (A$1,700 paid yearly is lower); year one adds the A$499 setup. The flat price is the cheaper one from 6 agents.

Questions

Straight answers on price.

Is it really one price for the whole office?
Yes. A$170 a month covers every agent in the office, however many there are and however many appraisals they produce. There is no per-seat fee and no usage tier.
What does the setup fee cover?
A$499, paid once when the office goes live: your logo, colours and office details on the letterhead and page headers, the office’s agents, testimonials and marketing library loaded, the NSW Valuer General’s sales records loaded for your postcodes, and an onboarding session for the team.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes — A$1,700 a year paid yearly, which is A$340 less than twelve monthly payments.
Do we need a Pricefinder subscription as well?
No. Comparables can come from the office library or be added by hand, and the estimate and the market snapshot use the NSW Valuer General’s verified sales, which are included. If the office already has Pricefinder, keep it — its CMA PDF imports straight into the appraisal, and the CMA document starts from one.
Which areas does it cover?
New South Wales. At setup we load the NSW Valuer General’s recent sales records for the postcodes your office works.
Do we have to install anything?
No — it runs in any modern browser. A Windows desktop app is available on request.
What about the modules marked “In testing” or “Planned”?
The price buys Appraisal & CMA as it is today. A module in testing is built and being checked but not yet offered to offices; a planned one is on the roadmap. Neither is part of the price until it is live, and we describe what it is meant to do, not what it does.
