Proposal link
The appraisal as a web page the vendor scrolls on a phone, with a section menu that stays in view. Planned. Today the appraisal already reaches the vendor as a private link to the PDF.

Schematic of the module — not a screen
What it is for
The same document, made for a phone.
The PDF stays. Beside it, a private web version of the proposal: recent sales, the price page, the method of sale and the next step, with a section menu the vendor can use on any phone.
Because the report is already built from structured data rather than a page layout, the web version is planned as a second output of the same document — not a second document to keep in step.
- Private link
- Section menu
- Made for phones
- Same document as the PDF
Today
What works today.
From the review step, the agent creates a private link to the finished PDF that the vendor opens on any phone or computer, and the office sees how many times it has been opened and when.
The scrolling web presentation is on the roadmap and not yet in development.
Questions
Straight answers.
- Can a vendor open the appraisal on a phone today?
- Yes — as a private link to the PDF, created from the review step. The scrolling web version is what is planned.
- When will the web version be available?
- Not yet, and there is no release date. It is on the roadmap; this page will say so when that changes.
- What will it cost?
- No price has been set for Proposal link yet. Today A$170 a month buys Appraisal & CMA, for the whole office.
