Set the standard before the meeting.
A document the agent prepares once the appraisal appointment is booked: a letter with the date, time and place of the meeting and what it will cover, the office and the presenting agent, a snapshot of the local market, recent sales, the ways to sell, where buyers come from, the office’s marketing, what past clients say, and what to have ready before you meet.
The agent enters the address, the vendor and the meeting, and picks the agent and the recent sales; the office, market, marketing and testimonial pages fill themselves. It goes to the vendor as a private link or a PDF, and the agent gets a reminder task for the day before and a reminder message ready to send by WhatsApp or SMS.

Until then, the appraisal itself — the Appraisal & CMA module — carries the same agent profile, testimonials, market snapshot and marketing pages.
