Apprailty

About

Software that started in a real estate office.

Apprailty is appraisal software for NSW real estate offices. It began in 2026 as the tool a working real estate office on the NSW North Coast uses to prepare its appraisals, and it is still built with that office, one release at a time.

Where it comes from

Built for one office’s appraisals first.

Its features were shaped by agents preparing real appraisals for real vendors — the comparables, the price page, the office’s letterhead, the agreement ready to sign — and each one is used on live work before this site calls it live.

That is also why some of the suite carries a different badge. A module is “In testing” while it is built and being checked but not yet offered to offices, and “Planned” while it is only on the roadmap. Neither is for sale until it is live.

How we work

Four rules we keep.

  1. Status words mean what they say

Live, In testing, Planned — and nothing is described as doing something it does not do today.

  2. One price for the office

A$170 a month for the whole office, however many agents it has. No seats, no tiers.

  3. Verified data, named

Sales come from the NSW Valuer General property sales information, and every document that prints them says so.

  4. Written first

Support on WhatsApp, answered in writing during Mon–Sat, 9:00–19:00 Sydney time, so there is always a record of what was asked and done.

The data behind it

Where the numbers come from.

Sales evidence comes from the NSW Valuer General property sales information — the state’s own record of settled sales, with price, date and land size — loaded for each office’s postcodes. Contains property sales information provided under licence from the Valuer General New South Wales.

Comparables imported from a Pricefinder CMA stay what they are: the agent’s own evidence, from the PDF the office already holds. Maps use OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Where it runs

In the browser, hosted in Australia.

The software runs in any modern browser — the office computer, a laptop at an open home, a tablet. It is hosted on a server in Australia, with nightly backups. A Windows desktop app is available on request.

Coverage is New South Wales: the verified sales are the NSW Valuer General’s, loaded for the postcodes each office works.
